1. Payment options

1.1 For deliveries within Germany, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified:
- Pre-payment via bank transfer
- Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
- Paypal

1.2 For deliveries within Europe, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified:
- Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
- Paypal

2. Delivery

2.1 We offer delivery to all countries in the European Union and the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, self-pickup of the goods is not possible.

2.2 Orders within Germany are shipped via DHL. Across Europe and in the United Kingdom, we ship with UPS.

The respective shipping costs can be found under sections 3.1 and 3.2.

3. Shipping Costs

3.1 Within Germany, the EU, we offer free shipping for orders over €90 (Poland: 400 zł, United Kingdom: £90). 

3.2 Please note that deliveries outside the EU may incur additional taxes and/or duties, such as customs duties, which you will need to bear.

3.3 For orders with individual engraving, the processing time is an additional five business days.
