Meanwhile, mesh provides flexible breathable strength, and leather offers natural resilience when properly conditioned.

Which strap material is the most comfortable for sensitive skin?

However, its weight can feel bulky during long running sessions, and the links might pull wrist hair when wet. When wearing a stainless steel strap for workouts, keep in mind that the watch head itself also has specific care requirements: while quartz watches are generally resistant to movement like jogging or running, it is better to avoid jogging with automatic watches, as the intense mechanical shock and vibrations can damage their internal parts. Additionally, you should always take your watch off for high-impact sports or any activities where the case or glass could be heavily scratched or shattered.

Is the stainless steel strap suitable for swimming in the pool or the ocean?

While the stainless steel strap itself is fully water-resistant and handles water well, we recommend avoiding swimming with 5 ATM or 10 ATM watches. Dynamic water pressure from swimming can force water past the watch case seals. Pool chlorine and ocean salt can also degrade gaskets if not rinsed immediately.

Can I wear my stainless steel strap in the sauna, or do heat and humidity affect it?

While the metal itself is completely unaffected by heat and humidity in the sauna, the watch head is vulnerable. Extreme temperature changes in a sauna can expand internal gaskets and allow moisture into the watch face, so we strongly recommend taking the watch off before entering.

Push out the pin: Gently turn the handle to push the metal pin out of the link, then pull it out the rest of the way with your fingers or pliers and remove your excess links. 4. Reconnect the bracelet: Bring the remaining links back together, reinsert the pin in the opposite direction of the arrow, and press or tap it gently until it sits flush and secures the bracelet firmly in place.

Blue brushed s/ steel strap
I fitted the blue strap to my new solar chronograph & it perfectly matches the blue face, took a link out & adjusted the clasp,now it fits perfectly.
The strap balances the weight of the watch,which is quite a weight, but makes it comfortable to wear all day.
